Years building on WordPress — now extending it with AI.
A decade of WordPress sits on top of an unusual foundation. Before I wrote my first line of code, I spent nearly ten years in Spain's printing presses — in prepress and graphic design, where a misplaced pixel could mean thousands of wasted prints. That training in precision, attention to detail, and meeting absolute deadlines is the foundation of everything I do as a developer today.
I moved to the UK in 2014 and transitioned into tech, starting with enterprise development at Santander Bank before specialising in WordPress and PHP. Along the way, I completed a BSc in Computing & IT from The Open University and four Udacity Nanodegrees spanning Full Stack Development, AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
Today, I combine that design eye with over 4 years of dedicated WordPress development at TFA Ltd, where I've delivered 30+ custom projects serving over 500,000 monthly visitors. I specialise in custom themes, Gutenberg blocks, WooCommerce, and increasingly in headless WordPress architectures with React and Next.js. Most recently, I've been integrating AI into the stack — bringing LLMs into editorial workflows, content operations, and customer-facing features.
