I quote every project individually — scope, how ready your content is, and which add-ons you need move the number far more than anything I could put on a page. What you get is a fixed price before any work starts, not an hourly rate that drifts. Tell me what you need and you'll have a figure within five working days.
You get a date with the quote, not an estimate that moves. The clock starts when your content is delivered and signed off rather than when we agree the scope — that one clause is what keeps a build from drifting for months while everyone waits on copy.
You do. The repository, the hosting and every account are in your name, handed over at the end with the access to match. Nothing I build leaves you needing me to keep it running.
I'll recommend what fits the site and set it up with you, but I don't resell it. You hold the account and the bill, which means you can move host — or move away from me — without asking anyone's permission.
I read it and reply within two working days, proposing a thirty-minute call — the only free synchronous time I offer. After the call you get a fixed quote within five working days: scope, timeline and price, with an acceptance link and the standard terms attached.
Yes — under your name or mine, whichever suits the client. It's a large enough part of what I do that it has its own section further up this page, including how a first engagement usually starts.
Support is agreed per project and covers what I built: security and dependency updates, basic monitoring, and questions about anything in the handover guide. New features, content work, or something another plugin broke sit outside it and are quoted before they start. You will never receive a bill you have not agreed to first.
No. I work in WordPress and WooCommerce, including headless builds with Next.js. If one of those platforms is genuinely the better fit for what you need, I'll say so on the call rather than take the project.
